The Board of Deputies is looking for outstanding candidates to fill five roles –Head of Fundraising, Director of Operations, Director of Finance, Executive Assistant and Public Affairs Officer, .

The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for managing the Board of Deputies’ fundraising activities with the objective of increasing the organisation’s income from donations, grants and other sources. See a full job description here. Head of Fundraising 

The Director of Operations will oversee support services to the Board of Deputies. This will include responsibility for operations including those in Finance, IT, Facilities, Safety and Environment, Data Protection and HR in addition to managing the administrative staff team.  See a full job description here. The Director of Finance  will provide sound financial advice to Trustees, the Chief Executive and other colleagues whilst ensuring the organisation’s compliance with Companies House and the Charity Commission; provide an effective financial management service to the organisation including producing and analysing financial reports; act as the leading interface between management, the Chief Executive and the Trustees on financial matters and income generation and manage the finance-related activities and processes of the organisation. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive assistance to the President, Chief Executive and Director of Public Affairs, as well as events management and administrative support for the Public Affairs Team. See a full job description here. Executive Assistant

The Public Affairs Officer will be responsible for engaging with MPs, peers, the parliamentary process and political stakeholders, developing policy, research and report writing, event planning and running specific projects.
